TX16WX Bugged Out and I Have No Idea How to Fix It (in: CWITEC)

I’m not 100% sure how to do that, I don’t even know for sure what’s causing it to happen… is there any way I could possibly reach out via zoom call and share my screen or something? i can’t think of any other way to share exactly what’s happening rather than for you to actively watch while I demonstrate what it is I do normally. Maybe then you can troubleshoot more easily.
