TX16Wx AU crashes when sample drag&drop – Logic Pro 12.2 (3.7.0s + 3.8.0beta) (in: CWITEC)

TX16Wx AU crashes when a sample gets moved to (drag & drop) the program slots (see screenshots).

This issue occurs on Logic Pro 12.2. / Macbook Pro M5 / Mac OS 26.2
This issue does not occur in FL Studio 2025 using the TX16Wx AU plugin (on the same macbook).

Troubleshooting done so far:
– notebook restart (multiple times)
– uninstalled TX16Wx 3.7.0 (file in the vst/au folder has been deleted) and reinstalled it -> error still persists
