Trouble importing midi into new Riffer? (in: Ample Sound)

Anyone dealing with any issues importing midi files into the new Riffer v4? I find that when I export midi files from Ableton Live and import into Riffer it’ll squish the midi file into a single bar regardless of the midi length. I’ve tested this exporting midi from Ableton and opening in GarageBand, Reaper and MuseScore with no issue. Even when exporting a preset Riffer midi from the plugin into Ableton, exporting from Ableton and directly back into Riffer it’ll squish it to 1 bar.
