Triaz (Wave alchemy) – Support sucks (in: Instruments)

Hi,

New here and yes first time posting. Triaz VST has to be one of my favorite drum plugins so far besides groove agent. But I have to say, their support sucks.I have an issue where whenever I go offline and then open a new DAW session w/ TRIAZ, it always tells me that the plugin isn’t activated. So basically I can’t use the plugin offline. Very frustrating, and I wrote to their support (it’s been 2 weeks now, no reply) 🙁
