Tracktion Waveform: no sound output through speaker from MIDI sequencer – Hosts & Applications (Sequencers, DAWs, Audio Editors, etc.) Forum

New to Tracktion Waveform. I have the free version running on Windows 10. I have the Alesis v49 MIDI sequencer.

In Audio Settings, the Test button produces a tone as expected.

In Project view, if I hit a key on the Alesis, I can see that my MIDI sequencer input is recognized (green bars on Track 1).

I have clicked the Record/Arm button on Track 1, which if I were in Ableton would be all that is necessary.

However, there is no sound through the speaker if I play a key on the Alesis. This makes no sense to me.
