I beg to differ. Do you speak from your own experience? For the Public Beta? Or the release?
I still have to see an official statement regarding this matter.

Because even after updating licenses several times now, the Pro features are still locked.
Even though the Waveform 14 log says: “Feature set: pro”.
Something clearly is off here.
