Tone generator, bleeps,bloops, Syfy sfx synths or fx (in: Instruments)

I’m looking for inspiration to include in the monster since I’m building I want its own unique tone generator that I can layer on top of pads and whatnot, and I could kind of use some inspiration come myself anybody has any of these in mind that they are aware with please share and I’ll be grateful.

Mechanical birds, chirps, real birds, nature effects any single conceivable type of effects that was interesting I would not mind taking a look at the learn from. Cheers and smooth flowing resonance…
