Description:
Since utilizing the Time Display component, it consistently displays an incorrect value upon opening a file if the file parameters differ from the audio device settings.
Steps to Reproduce:
Set the audio interface to 24-bit / 48 kHz.
Open an audio file with different parameters (e.g., 16-bit / 44.1 kHz).
Observe the Cursor position field and the Time Display.
