The Chinese company Gitstar has announced its own JH920 video card, which, according to the manufacturer’s promises, should be faster than the GeForce GTX 1050.
Yes, this is not God knows what level, but still we are talking about a completely Chinese development. In addition, the TDP here is a ridiculous 30 W. At the same time, let us remind you that the huge MTT S80 cannot always outpace the GTX 1050, but it consumes 250 W.
Unfortunately, there are no details about the GPU. Previous Gitstar models used Jing Jiawei GPUs, so perhaps the JH920 will be the same.
It is known about the video card itself that it is characterized by a performance of 1.2 TFLOPS and has 4 GB of GDDR6 memory with a 64-bit bus. The adapter supports Vulkan 1.1, OpenGL 4.0, but there is no mention of DirectX support. The graphics card also supports HEVC (H.265) and H.264 encoding, supporting up to four 4K60 displays. The new product is also very compact: the length is only 173 mm.
The manufacturer says that the new product will be very cheap, will be released at the end of this month, and an additional advantage will be support for AMD FSR technology.
