I don’t have any special tricks or anything. I guess it’s the box tone I tend to like. Or lack of thereof. It was meant to be a cleaner version of the SSL bus comp after all. I haven’t done im depth comparisons, but compared to PA Townhouse and Ableton Glue comp the VSC definitely sounds a bit different from the others.
