The next European space processor will be based on the 16-core RISC-V platform
The same authors who compared Alien: Isolation on the Samsung Galaxy S21, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox Series X compared all three plans for the GeForce Now gaming cloud service: Free, Priority, and RTX 3080.
The latter is primarily distinguished by the supported resolution: up to 2K for PC and up to 4K for Nvidia Shield. This, of course, immediately affects the image quality, but it all depends on the monitor. If its resolution is Full HD, then there is little or no sense in a higher resolution of the older service tariff.
Also, the senior tariff offers 120 fps versus 60 fps for the younger ones, and here nothing depends on the monitor, but not everyone will notice the difference at all.
But what is immediately noticeable is the difference in the graphics quality settings. The Free tariff offers much less than the older ones, which is perfectly visible always or almost always. At the same time, there is no difference between the other two tariffs.
The authors also compared the senior tariff with a separate PC with a GeForce RTX 3080. The PC provided faster downloads, but the picture quality seems to be slightly higher for the cloud service. Although the difference must be looked out for.
