Template docx document quarto – General

Hi everyone, I’m new to Quarto and I’m trying to set my template docx document.
I type in the terminal of RStudio : quarto pandoc -o custom-reference-doc.docx –print-default-data-file reference.docx but a I get the following error : quarto: The term ‘quarto’ is not recognized as a name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or executable program. Check the spelling of the name, or if a path was included, verify that the path is correct and try again. .
Any idea where this issue comes from?
I’m using RStudio 2023.06.1+524 “Mountain Hydrangea”.
