Temp Folder (in: Tracktion)

I’m new to Tracktion Waveform, using 13 Free. I’m coming from years of Adobe Audition as far back as when it was Cool Edit. I know Audition suggested using the largest drive as the location for the Temp folder. I was curious if Waveform is similar in its operation and use of temp files, and if so should I move/create a Waveform Temp folder on my largest drive. If this is the case, please let me know the best process and any concerns to watch out for.
