Fixed: the Windows build made no sound.
Fixed: on Windows, knobs did not appear at larger GUI sizes on high-DPI displays, and the editor was slow to open.
Fixed: on Windows and Linux, the LCD and display menus opened at the bottom corner of the panel in the default style. They now open where you click, in the TED-8 menu style.
Fixed: with several TED-8 instances open, closing one editor could crash the others.
Fixed: the arpeggiator OCTAVE 2 label was out of line with 1 and 3.
