Hi
I am sorry but I don’t understand the sample errors or the duplicate presets. Should not happen with a clean installation. So please
1. Delete /users/shared/synthmaster3 folder on MacOS or c:\users\public\public documents\synthmaster3 folder on Windows
2. Download the full setup from www.synthmaster.com/userarea.aspx using your registered email and serial number
3. Install the full setup
and let me know the issues persist
