Synth Pluck Sound (Suggestions for recreation) (in: Sound Design)

Good plucks are elusive.

* If it’s an exponential ADSR or a linear ADSR you’re already doing it wrong. An exponential envelope sounds good until you change the settings and then you realize the morph isn’t plucky, but oddly mechanical and not based on any physical instrument which tells your ears that this is wrong and sounds bad.

* If you think plucks are sawtooth into filter, you’re off on the wrong foot. Most plucks are this. Good plucks may not be.
