I would say yes…
You would have to connect the audio outs of the Hydrasynth to the audio in of the Syntakt (if you want to monitor through the Syntakt) and connect the midi out of the Syntakt to the midi in on the Hydrasynth to control it.
The thing is, you’d need to give up a “machine track” (generating sound) on the Syntakt to use it as a midi track. I think only the Digitakt mk1 has dedicated midi tracks (because it had just 8 instruments, so the other 8 were dedicated to midi).
