Like I said, you’re making the claim. If supporting it is too much for you, maybe you should sit this one out.
Also, your claim that local laws are irrelevant is patently false. Terms of use are still subject to local laws. A company can’t just put whatever they feel like it into their terms of use and have those be legally binding. If Yamaha said “by using this product you agree to sacrifice your firstborn child,” that means absolutely nothing.
