Use one of the per-voice modulators (found at the bottom of the Generator tab) to make the modulation independent for each note, as you described. Use an LFO and set STEP to 100%. Below that, you will see the button to open the step editor. In the editor, QUANTIZATION will be useful if you need to set the values to pitch. For example, 25 would give you +12 and -12 semitones (including one for 0). Oh, and set the LFO to sync, probably. Have fun 😎
