Spectral TONE/NOISE isolator (in: Effects)

There are two freeware options available.

– VoiceOfSnow.

– And Sin/Noise from the Pitchtech bundle. The plugin STN Equalizer is also able to decompose the signal between noise and tone, but no fine tuning is proposed.

Both are able to fully isolate noise from harmonic components, with very different results. You should experiment with both imho.
