Yeah, the “Library” items with the .nicnt file in the highest directory of the installation (makes a Library item appear in the sidebar) would tend to have a SN. Below Kontakt 5.66 the installation was different, pre-Native Access basically. I don’t recall having any Soundiron that did.

The Preferences you want are located at your user name/Library. it’s hidden by default, to get to it you go to the Finder menu “Go” holding option key down, scrolling to “Library” and that directory is revealed.

the normally visible ‘Macintosh Hard Drive’/Library/Preferences looks the same as far as Native Instruments plists goes, but the one(s) to delete in troubleshooting are the your user name/Library.
