Softube CS-80 ? – Model 77 Dual Layer Synth – Page 11 – Instruments Forum

I like Softube’s sound quality as much as the next person (Model 72 and Modular especially), but curious to hear if the people saying it’s noticeably better than Arturia have compared it in context of a mix with drums and at least one other synth sound playing?

I understand that some people always want that last x% better, especially if you’re the keyboard player in a band. In my experience/opinion, these comparisons between decent devs (like uhe, Gforce, RECENT Arturia, Softube) dont usually matter much in a mix. Sometimes they do though, so just curious if this is one of those cases.
