SnowTec Probe is a free plug-in analyzer. Load any plug-in and see what it actually does to your sound.
It measures:
- Frequency response & phase.
- Harmonics and aliasing, measured separately (Hammerstein kernels).
- Intermodulation (IMD).
- Dynamics — compression and saturation.
- Impulse response, oscilloscope and CPU load.
- Seven correctness checks.
Two 6-slot chains with an A−B null test and live updates — perfect for comparing before/after, catching aliasing up top and checking whether that “analog warmth” is real.
