Simple way of dragging midi note (so it lines up with another midi note) – Logic Pro
I VERY MUCH LIKE how when you drag a Midi Note to another spot, it STAYS RIGHT WHERE IT IS (in relation to the grid). As in if you drag a note from measure 4 1 1 34 to measure 9, it goes right to measure 9 1 1 34 (so you don’t have to tweak anything, if it’s a simple moving to a different measure). It’s intuitive and Very Helpful!
I’m also curious of
I may be just blanking on the easiest function here, but in the Piano Roll Editor, when I drag a Midi note (to the right let’s say), and I just want it to EASILY & QUICKLY line up with another Midi note (perfectly & automatically), how do I achieve that with just a drag (to that spot)? A-not-on-the-grid-spot that is (as in not a plain grid spot like measure 4 1 1 1 , but more like dragging a Midi “Hi Hat Open” note from measure 2 something to MATCH right where a “Hi Hat closed” midi note is already at say measure 4 1 1 7)
Thanks!
