Shortcuts to open browser / add devices – Bitwig Forum
In case anybody is still looking for the answer for how to get the pop-up browser (as if you click the + in the device panel):
The action you are looking for is called Insert Device. So search for that in shortcuts, and make a shortcut you like.

(And yes, it took me a surprising amount of research to figure this out. I love Bitwig, but sometimes… I mean, Bitwig calls this browser the pop-up browser, but if you search for “pop-up” in shortcuts you get nothing, and if you search for “browser” you only get the commands related to the Browser Panel. )
