Several tested MIDI VSTs can’t see incoming MIDI notes

Describe the bug
I tried several MIDI VSTs in Element, it seems that they don’t “see” incoming MIDI notes and then of course don’t do what they are intended for.

• InstaChords
• InstaScale
• Phrasebox

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Load InstaChords, connect MIDI stuff
2. Load example chord preset
3. Press transport play button
4. Try MIDI input or Element internal MIDI keyboard, nothing happens in InstaChords or InstaScale

Expected behavior
MIDI Input is seen in InstaChords (and InstaChords generates MIDI notes on MIDI out)
