Seeking solutions to errors that occur during custom ROMs for Zenfone Max Pro m2

I am currently trying to install Pixel Experience on my Zenfone Max Pro M2.

I am new to custom roms, but I am familiar with the procedure of flashing twrp after bootloader unlock, and installing Pixel Experience from twrp.

However, when I actually try it, I get a “failed” message at the command prompt when I run “fastboot flash recovery (twrp)” or “Unlock.bat” which is a bootloader unlock tool, or I get a “any key to shutdown” message in the upper left corner of the terminal screen and freeze.

I do not know why, but only the bootloader unlock succeeded while the failures continued.

However, I am still stuck at the point of installing Twrp.
We have tried various remedies, but all have failed. If you, the erudite reader of this article, would like to know the best treatment for the terminal, if you don’t mind.
