Seeking full MacOS Trash 2 installer (.dmg) for AU/VST/AAX (in: Effects)

Hi, all,
I’m an iZotope customer with a valid serial for Trash 2, but I can’t get the correct macOS installer from iZotope’s current support links. The “legacy” Trash 2 Mac download and the alternative link from their customer support only contain Global Presets and Impulse Responses, not the actual plugin installer.
What I specifically need is the full MacOS Trash 2 installer (.dmg) for AU/VST/AAX — ideally v2.05 or v2.06. The real installer should contain a.pkg for the plugin itsel…
