Safe to delete all Cache on Mac ? (in: Instruments)

40GB is a lot. what DAW do you use? for logic pro, i always LEAVE the audiounitcache and auvaltool files alone (and the AAProfilePicture). i delete everything else.

try moving everything to a folder on your desktop first (ie a folder named something like ‘cache for now”). reboot. see how things go. you can always put back a file from that folder into the cache folder if needed. and if all is well… trash it.
