rstudio – “Error in starting R” How to fix the problem

I try to run R studio but got the problem
T have stuck with it for a week, and tried to fix it with any way I can

• R still can be run without R studio
• I already restarted R studio
• The last version of R and R studio also is updated
• Both R and R studio are reinstalled multiple times
• I already check a security system, there is no problem about it

These are the solutions I tried, however, the problem still exists
Can anyone suggest me to solve this problem?
