Regex to split string into multiple set of records

I’m looking to split set of string using a regular expression.

I have string that has the following –

*Path               : /app/An3/apigee/lib/depracated/spring-core-5.63.456.jar
Version xyz        : 5.01.1
Version abc        : 5.22.12

Path               : /app/An3/apigee/edge-gateway-3.00.2-123/lib/spring-core-5.63.123.jar
Version xyz        : 5.12.345
Version abc        : 5.45.678

Path               : /app/xyz/abc/edge-gateway-3.00.2-123/lib/spring-core-5.63.789.jar
Version xyz        : 1.12.345
Version abc        : 5.32.345*

The string will always come with the ‘Path: ‘.
How can I split the above into 3 set of records with each has Path, Installed Version and Fixed Version?
