Reddit – Dive into anything

I’m brand new to Ableton Note live, and I’m using Ableton Live lite 11 on a MacBook Pro with an M1 chip. I’m finding that the program is constantly hijacking my mouse cursor. I’ll click and drag something, and after that I can’t unclick it. It drags files around, resizes windows, and won’t let go of anything. It not only affects Ableton, but the entire operating system and every running program. I have to restart the computer. It is so infuriating. what a shame, because I thought the program was going to be huge for me, but instead it’s so buggy that it would drive me crazy.
