Recommended to transfer USB elicenser to a fresh USB elicenser? (Steinberg shutting down services May 20th) (in: Instruments)

hi guys, i still have an old HYpersonic 2 license on my 10 year old elicenser USB Stick. is it recommended to transfer it to a new stick just in case for maybe longevity? of course each usb elicenser can get defective randomly. but still, any experiences maybe?
if something happens after May 20th i dont bet on Steinberg to help someone out if a elicenser stick is broken and you cannot use your License anymore….
