Even though I am a Reason user, I would say no to that. Getting the perpetual license will only get you all the basic instruments and effects that come stock. Most of those, although very good, have great alternatives in the VST world. Some even for free (Odin is basically a VST version of Thor).
However, there are several pretty unique instruments only available as Rack Extension, like Objekt, Algoritm, Friktion, Zero Hybrid, Viking-2, Oberon, just to name a few. If you want access to those, t…
