Reason 6 Ableton Live 8 Rewire Lag

First post! I’ve been using Reason 4 rewired to Ableton Live 8 for years now with no issues. Recently, though, I upgraded to Reason 6 and, while I love the program, I’ve been noticing some annoying lag when trying use ableton as the midi sequencer. When I step sequence things, everything locks together nicely, but when I try record live midi notes the lag really kicks in. I use a Novation Remote 25sl as my controller and am running the latest updates of Reason 6 and Live. I’m using a:
