no issues with PSP285 and Reaper here ( win11 )

suspect you need to remove the existing scan info for psp285 from reaper-vstplugins64.ini so it gets re-scanned properly ( or alternatively use the ‘clear cache and rescan ALL vst paths for all plugins’ from the plugins/vst preferences panel ( removing just the psp285 lines by hand will give a quicker re-scan but if more fiddly than just doing a full re-scan of every plugin )
