reactjs – Searching for 3D Brain Model (with regions segmented) for React Project

I want to build a UI using React.js with a 3D model of the brain where different regions light up or change colour based on the data received on the backend. So I need a brain model with the different regions segmented (something similar to this: www.brainfacts.org/3d-brain#intro=false&focus=Brain-cerebral_hemisphere-frontal_lobe-orbitofrontal_cortex&zoom=false)

I’ve searched on many 3D model platforms like Sketchfab but was not able to find a model that has the brain regions segmented. I am wondering if is a way to segment it myself using a pre-built 3D model? Or would I have to build one from scratch (in that case, what software would be best?)

(I’m currently using React.js with Three.js)
