raspbian stretch – gui issue : cant access the gui again

At first, I formatted the SD card and also have written into the SD card using raspberry pi os.

After that I booted the pi using the SD card and also connected ethernet.I have set the ipv4 address of ethernet as 192.168.137.1.

Then using advanced ip scanner i searched the range from 0 to 254 to find the ip address of the raspberry pi.

Using this ip address in putty and after sucessfully login in raspberry pi i got the acess to GUI.

But i dont know why i cant access the GUI again if i m doing each and every process exactly the same way.

Can anyone please help me I m stuck in this since weeks.

It’s urgent.
