raspberrypi – gpg: keyserver receive failed: Server indicated a failure raspberry pi

I am tring to download ROS in Raspberry pi using the following command

http://wiki.ros.org/ROSberryPi/Installing%20ROS%20Kinetic%20on%20the%20Raspberry%20Pi

I am getting the following error,
