As Vanerio mentioned, the filter algorithm is not aware of note on action. Extending the rate of the rand will still not correlate with key presses. All that would happen is that the random value could change during a currently held note.

Set up some per-voice modulation and then save it as a preset in TurboFilter. If you use modulator number 8, it is less likely that you are already using that modulator for something else already. This way the preset will probably always load co…
