RabbitMQ installation failed in Windows

We are using RabbitMQ as a messaging service in our project. However, the RabbitMQ installation frequently fails with error code 11 or error code 12.

Below are the Installation Steps:

  1. Setting the below enviroment variables HOMEDRIVE,HOMEPATH,RABBITMQ_BASE,RABBITMQ_MNESIA_BASE,RABBITMQ_LOG_BASE,RABBITMQ_CONFIG_FILE.
  2. Installing Erlang otp_win64_27.3.4.6.exe in C:\XYZ\Erlang in silent mode( \S \D C:\XYZ\Erlang)
  3. Installing RabbitMQ 4.2.2 installer to install the RabbitMQ in windows machine in a custom location like C:\XYZ\RabbitMQ in silent mode

How do we resolve this? And how to log the RabbitMQ installation logs
