"Sticky" Knob Movement in VSTis. (in: Tracktion)

Anyone else notice that knob movement on third party VSTi plugins is “sticky” for lack of a better term?
I noticed it today with DUNE 3. The knobs don’t move smoothly and “stick” at certain parts of their range. It’s not unusable or a deal breaker but it is a bit disorienting.
I tested in FL Studio and the knobs move smooth as silk so it’s not a system issue. It’s a fairly new system running Win 11 with a far beefier GPU than should be required for a DAW system.
It doesn’t matter if I choose…
