Questions from someone thinking about picking up bitwig (in: Bitwig)

Hi all, appreciate your time in answering a few questions if you’re so inclined. I’m a Logic user, for context, running into a few barriers.

1) One thing I want to do is use lots of MIDI modulation to control plugins. On Logic there is a limit of eight MIDI FX per track, which is limiting. I understand that Bitwig has good modulation tools, but is there a similar limit?

2) Does Bitwig tend to have good Black Friday sales? I see that they sell licences through some third-party dealers too…
