Question – Issue installing twrp

I have a SM-127M/DS and ive been trying to flash twrp 3.7.0 to install a one ui 8 rom Whenever I install the versison of twrp in the thread it boots into twrp but nothing loads up and when i try to boot back into the system it instantly boots back into twrp. Whats worse is my laptop cant access the files on the phone sso I cant put the rom into the requierd folder to try flash it I’ve tried using adb push to put the rom into the sdcard folder but the phone just restarts before it can finish loading in the file

I’ve already rooted the device and flashed the original firmware back onto it but I really want to try out this custom rom
