Question about /e/OS and LineageOS

Hey,

i saw that /e/OS has only Android 13 support for my Phone, while LineageOS has Android 14 support for my Phone. I heard that /e/OS has 100/200 Security Issues…is that true? (I don’t remember the exact amount anymore) and with LineageOS I get every Week Updates, while /e/OS has Updates only every Month or every second Month…So I decided to stay with LineageOS. Was it the right decision? Because LineageOS has offical Support for my Phone and /e/OS only has unoffical Support (from the Community)
