python – Continous Integer Division

Is there Formula to get final answer after taking continous integer division of an integer with an specific integer until its value is 0?

Formula means without any loop.

Here Is Example..
let say the number which have to be divide is 10 and the specific integer is 3 then the division will be in this sequence:

 10//3 --> 3 --> 3//3 --> 1 --> 1//3 --> 0
           1              2              3  

Hence the answer is 3

I got this condition very new to me. So I want to know if there is any solution exist how many people aware of that.
