I don’t know, I thought that’s what was being defined here. It started in the other thread where I put forth the MC5, Stooges, and other Detroit stripped down raw rockets of the mid—1960’s to mid 1969’s as the beginnings of punk rock (as is often sited in articles about the origins of punk rock), but there seems to be a myriad of conditions that need to be met to be considered Punk, and being a raw rocker from Detroit is not one of them.
