problem playing videos in Ableton live 11 standard

Hi, I have a problem playing videos in Ableton live 11 standard. I contacted Albeton support and they found that according to the status report there is probably a problem with the graphics card driver even though it is updated. We’ve gone through a lot of other possibilities for the problem, I’ve tried different codecs, etc., but probably in the end everything really points to a graphics driver problem.
