If you want custom FX chains that are modulated polyphonically you should use an FX-GRID with multiple voices enabled nestled in the instrument’s FX CHAIN, and the EXPRESSION MODULATOR in PER-VOICE mode.
However, If you are stubborn, or need a way to do this for some unforeseeable reason, I have found the way.
You need a NOTE FX SELECTOR with as many layers as you would like notes at a time in FREE VOICE mode.
