Please enable the ffmpeg filter plugin

Dear Maintainer,

Recent versions of mpd support an "ffmpeg" filter plugin, which allows
processing the audio using libavfilter.

Currently this feature is not available in Debian, because libavfilter
is not installed at build time.  It would be nice to add this feature,
which (as far as I can tell) simply requires adding 'libavfilter-dev'
to Build-Depends.

This does unfortunately add some sizable extra dependencies /
recommendations, which you might not want if you're running mpd on a
tiny headless server, but I'd guess most desktop systems have
libavfilter installed already.
